On your order page, and through the link in your order email. The seller enters it at the handoff, and that releases the payment to them.
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with at least 2 photos and a short description. The seller has 24 hours to respond, then it comes to us for review. The outcome is a refund, a replacement, or denied.
The payment is released to the seller automatically once the buyer-protection window passes with no claim.
No. Listings have no public location. A pickup spot is shared only between the buyer and seller of that order.
